EARLY LEARNING SCHOOL
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, our Early Learning School, custom designed and built, has a central Piazza just like Italian towns - which is designed as an interconnected space that fosters interaction, curiosity, exploration and celebration. It takes shape in relation to provocations and learning experiences of our children and invites constant dialogue between architecture and pedagogy.
Classrooms are punctuated by ateliers, which are shared creative spaces between two classes. Ateliers underscore the importance of imagination, as they are places of experimentation and research where our children’s artistic and expressive development is encouraged. A designated art teacher, known as an Atelierista, collaborates with all teachers in developing provocations. Our dining hall is a wonderful unique feature, as an added value that cultivates good table manners and teaches children to sit together with their peers in a respectful setting. Dietary and healthy food options are considered. Care of our beautiful custom-designed furniture, objects and open spaces generates a sense of psychological well-being, familiarity and belonging and gives children the assurance of a safe and secure environment. All classrooms open out onto multiple playgrounds with outdoor exploration and play areas.
